Duties include clearing and setting up dining rooms, responding to guest requests, arranging tables, preparing water pitchers and bread stations, polishing tableware, stocking linens, serving guests, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in all assigned areas. Job Duties

Performs duties to clear and set-up dining room
assists wait staff in serving food and beverages
responds to guest requests for settings, water, condiments, or other dining amenities
provides a high level of guest service and promotes a positive attitude to create a fun and entertaining experience
sets up, arranges, or takes down dining tables, private dining room, and/or wait stations
prepares water pitchers and bread stations
stocks linens and dinnerware
cleans and polishes various pieces of tableware and folds napkins
assists wait staff in serving guests, carries food trays, and refills water glasses, coffee, and tea
cleans, mops, and sweeps storeroom, various kitchen areas, and vents as assigned
removes trash
assists with kitchen work and general clean up as directed
follows safety rules and keeps work area clean and orderly
performs other duties as assigned
