Job Requirements

At least 21 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum six months bartending experience preferred
Must speak and understand English
Ability to read and write simple correspondence
Ability to apply common sense understanding to perform instructions
Ability to handle physical demands including standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays
Must maintain a professional appearance
Ability to follow safety rules and wear protective equipment if required

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Thorough knowledge of mixing drinks
Minimum six months bartending experience preferred
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and correspondence
Ability to present information in one-on-one and small group situations

Job Duties

Provide friendly, quick and professional service to guests and co-workers
Mix and prepare drink orders according to standards, garnish properly
Accurately operate cash register by ringing in transactions, accept payment and provide change
Request stock and check bar to monitor stock levels
Maintain cleanliness of bar and station
Follow safety rules
Be able to answer questions about operations
Prepare bars for following shift by completing opening and closing duties
Notify supervisor if a guest appears intoxicated
Notify management of equipment problems
Perform all opening and closing duties
Attend all staff briefings and meetings
Other duties as assigned
