Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in electrical, systems or software engineering
- Four years of relevant engineering experience or equivalent
- Secret security clearance at time of hire
- Eligibility to obtain Top Secret clearance with SCI
- U.S. citizenship
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 10 percent
- Understanding of Model Based Systems Engineering principles
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with four years of prior electrical, systems or software engineering experience
- Graduate degree with two years of electrical, systems or software engineering experience
- In lieu of a degree, a minimum of eight years of electrical, systems or software engineering experience
- Must have a secret clearance at the time of hire with ability to obtain a top secret with SCI
- Must be a U.S. citizen
Job Duties
- Work with other systems engineering, flight line test, product development, and project engineering personnel to understand new modifications and baseline functionality
- Plan and execute integration testing in a systems integration laboratory and on airborne platforms
- Follow existing standards to document system testing status and anomalies with system hardware and software
- Work with management to develop and adhere to schedules and budgets required to accomplish assigned work
- Assist in the generation of requirements based off customer statement of work and development of test plan to verify system meets those requirements
- Apply aircraft avionics experience to support system integration and testing
- Communicate complex technical topics effectively both orally and in writing
