Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent training/experience
  • knowledge of RES, DECS, and LMS
  • current Flight Attendant qualifications
  • prior instructor experience
  • knowledge of the roles and responsibilities of the Inflight Training Delivery Team
  • knowledge of flight attendant legalities and contractual obligations for scheduling removals, adjustments, and unexpected operational situations
  • knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • strong work ethic and integrity
  • ability to lead and resolve conflicts within the daily operation
  • ability to support Inflight Training initiatives
  • ability to problem solve and strong logic skills

Job Duties

  • Leads and manages the daily operational delivery of Inflight Training
  • frontline point of contact for flight attendants attending training programs
  • conducts daily shift briefings with team
  • manages daily staffing and coordination with the Training Scheduling Team
  • manages operational disruptions and off-schedule operations around training
  • conducts daily checks on all training devices
  • provides strategic operational input with Inflight Training leadership
  • maintains and oversees the Instructor Evaluator Handbook
  • works closely with all team members in a positive and professional manner
  • ability to work some weekends and evenings throughout the month
