Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year of bus person fine dining experience required
  • Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills
  • Food and beverage knowledge
  • Knowledge of POS
  • Must obtain a CA Food Handler's Certificate within 30 days of hire
  • Must obtain an RBS Certificate within 60 days of hire
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Able to quickly solve problems by using effective listening skills and good judgment
  • Maintain regular attendance

Job Duties

  • Greet all guests in a friendly manner
  • Serve guests in an efficient, professional, timely, and hospitable manner
  • Clear and set tables
  • Perform side-station work as required
  • Cooperate with other members of staff to provide the finest possible service according to high standards
  • Serve water, bread, and coffee
  • Use crumber when clearing dishes
  • Replace soiled linens, properly store clean linen, and complete the daily soiled linen count
  • Follow dish room procedures
  • Supply side stations
  • Other duties as assigned
