Job Requirements
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- 2 or more years of prior relevant experience in guest experience or event planning
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency with event planning software and Microsoft Office Suite

- Knowledge of event marketing and promotional strategies
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and guest service excellence
Job Duties
- Assist with planning and executing property casino events including creating and developing event concepts and themes
- Manage creative process for Special Event invitations and collateral and ensure consistent best practices
- Collaborate with corporate and property staff on entertainment, décor, and theme creation for special events such as Chinese New Year Galas
- Coordinate pre-production, production and post-event activities including overseeing installation, placement, and removal of event related items such as signage and décor
- Communicate with various properties and departments to coordinate tasks supporting event execution and process improvements
- Coordinate with vendors regarding entertainment, talent contracts, photography, gifts, décor, linen, staff uniforms, and transportation
- Provide feedback and traffic event marketing efforts between Casino Marketing teams, property Special Events teams, and brand marketing and creative services
- Support and implement enterprise-wide standards based on approved efficiencies of the Events Center of Excellence
- Maintain and update the marketing portal with event details including criteria, schedule of events, prize structure, and earning criteria
