Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • At least 1 year of related work experience
  • No supervisory experience
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to follow company policies and maintain confidentiality
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • At least 1 year of related work experience
  • No supervisory experience required
  • Ability to learn and operate event software systems
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work full-time on-site
  • Commitment to company standards and guest service excellence

Job Duties

  • Assist in coordinating special events and leisure experiences
  • Check status of operation, lighting, AV, cleanliness, and system operation
  • Follow training guidelines and support special events management
  • Monitor and assist with employee training
  • Operate software for ticketing, retail, inventory, and space usage
  • Resolve financial, inventory, and numeric discrepancies
  • Follow all company policies and procedures and maintain professionalism
