Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least one year of related work experience
- no supervisory experience required
- ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- ability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds
- willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures
- maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
- legally authorized to work in the United States

- proficiency with event software systems

Job Duties
- Assist in coordinating the operation of all special events and entertainment activities
- review operational status including lighting, audiovisuals, cleanliness, and system functioning
- provide backup support to event managers and assistant managers following training guidelines
- supervise and assist in training all special event employees
- learn and operate event-related software systems such as ticketing, retail sales, inventory, and space use
- resolve financial, inventory, and numerical discrepancies
- ensure compliance with company policies and standards
