Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • at least one year of related work experience
  • no supervisory experience required
  • ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • ability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds
  • willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures
  • maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
  • legally authorized to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • at least one year of related work experience
  • proficiency with event software systems
  • ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • strong problem-solving skills
  • ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • commitment to exceptional guest service

Job Duties

  • Assist in coordinating the operation of all special events and entertainment activities
  • review operational status including lighting, audiovisuals, cleanliness, and system functioning
  • provide backup support to event managers and assistant managers following training guidelines
  • supervise and assist in training all special event employees
  • learn and operate event-related software systems such as ticketing, retail sales, inventory, and space use
  • resolve financial, inventory, and numerical discrepancies
  • ensure compliance with company policies and standards
