Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Basic cash handling skills
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift objects up to 25 pounds without assistance
- Willingness to perform other reasonable job duties as assigned

Job Duties
- Provide customer service during exhibitions and shows
- Operate rides and events to ensure guest safety
- Sell tickets and merchandise using suggestive selling techniques
- Use POS system and handle cash registers
- Respond quickly and courteously to guest inquiries by phone, in person, or electronically
- Guide guests to appropriate locations with clear instructions
- Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
