Job Requirements
- associate's degree in business administration, communications, nonprofit management, or related field preferred
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
- strong organizational skills
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms
- high attention to detail
- ability to work independently and collaboratively
- creativity in supporting engagement activities
- ability to travel regularly within NC and VA
- valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation
- availability to work weekdays onsite with some early mornings, evenings, and weekends
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- assist in organizing and coordinating annual special events
- coordinate program-specific activities and fundraising campaigns
- manage corporate volunteer initiatives
- identify and support third-party fundraising opportunities
- execute special events and manage logistics for stewardship activities and holiday drives
- provide backup support for CRM data entry and acknowledgment letters
- liaise with universities and program leaders to organize volunteer opportunities and service projects
- track volunteer participation and engagement
- represent ESPH at community events and outreach activities
- assess and manage risks related to volunteer activities
