  • bachelor's degree and two (2) years of related experience
  • or an equivalent combination of education and directly related experience
  • experience supervising staff or volunteers preferred
  • valid driver's license
  • must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by program and event schedules

Job Duties

  • plan, coordinate, and implement special events, festivals, seasonal celebrations, and community programs
  • plan, organize, and oversee seasonal programs including summer camp, holiday camps, and school break programs
  • develop event and camp timelines, logistics plans, staffing schedules, and activity programming
  • secure permits, contracts, vendors, entertainers, and equipment rentals in accordance with City policies
  • coordinate event and camp setup, operations, and breakdown
  • monitor program registration, participation levels, and customer satisfaction
  • prepare and monitor assigned event and program budgets
