Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- possession of a valid Texas Driver's License
- must be bondable
- ability to communicate effectively
- ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions
- ability to work weeknights and weekends
- able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and push and pull up to 75 pounds
- ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- reliable transportation
- able to stand, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed
- must maintain professionalism and attention to detail
- able to operate AV equipment
- ability to communicate with diverse constituents
- knowledge of town policies and procedures
Job Qualifications

- knowledge of relevant safety precautions
- ability to work in fast-paced and dynamic environments

- ability to operate AV equipment
- experience in event coordination is preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Acts as a brand ambassador for special events and event programming
- plans and activates outdoor programming at The Lawn at The Lakefront
- engages with the community to gather input and promote events
- books and coordinates vendors
- assists with pre-event preparation including vendor communication, inventory tracking, and logistical coordination
- assists with on-site marketing by creating social media stories and taking photographs
- interacts with attendees to provide customer service and resolve issues
- manages vendor relations and ensures compliance with park rules
- oversees assigned event zones to maintain smooth operations and safety
- operates audiovisual equipment during events
- communicates effectively with event leadership regarding operational needs
- maintains clean and organized event spaces and equipment storage
- works in various weather conditions and diverse venues
- transports and handles event materials and equipment
- assists with setup and breakdown of event equipment
- helps with post-event breakdown and feedback collection
- may serve as a lead ambassador to train and oversee other ambassadors
- performs other related duties as assigned
