Job Description
Hilton Grand Vacations is a renowned hospitality company specializing in vacation ownership programs that provide families and individuals with exceptional opportunities to explore and create lasting memories through world-class vacation experiences. As part of the Hilton portfolio, Hilton Grand Vacations maintains a strong commitment to delivering top-tier customer service, fostering a people-first culture, and embracing diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Their mission is to make someone's day every day by ensuring every interaction is meaningful and memorable, positioning themselves as leaders in the industry by creating unforgettable experiences for their guests.
This role as a Sales Executive at Hilton Grand Vacations is an exciting opportunity for driven, motivated, and ambitious individuals who thrive in a dynamic, high-energy sales environment. The company highly values bilingual candidates, especially those proficient in English and Spanish, to connect with their diverse customer base effectively. The Sales Executive is responsible for presenting and promoting Hilton Grand Vacations' vacation ownership programs to pre-qualified guests and potential owners, establishing meaningful connections that translate into successful sales and long-term customer relationships.
The position offers an impressive earning potential of $150,000 and above, reflecting the rewarding nature of the role for motivated sales professionals. Beyond financial incentives, Hilton Grand Vacations supports its team members with outstanding healthcare benefits available from day one, including medical, dental, and vision plans that prioritize preventative care. Paid time off allows employees to enjoy adventure, rest, and relaxation, ensuring a healthy work-life balance. Furthermore, all new team members are enrolled automatically in the Hilton Grand Vacations Retirement Savings Plan, demonstrating the company’s commitment to long-term employee well-being.
Unique perks such as the Go Hilton Team Member Travel Program provide access to up to 30 room nights annually at highly discounted rates and 50% off at participating hotel-operated restaurants, extended to family and friends with an additional 70 discounted room nights. This benefit underscores the company’s commitment to delivering exceptional value and enriching the lives of their employees beyond their work environment.
As a Sales Executive, you will welcome guests warmly and build rapport by understanding their travel interests, lifestyles, and vacation goals. Using proven sales techniques, you will deliver engaging, high-quality sales presentations that are professional, ethical, and customer-focused. Your bilingual skills will enhance communication with diverse guests, fostering trust and rapport. Maintaining timely follow-up and communication will be crucial to ensuring guest satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships. Continuous professional development is supported through weekly training sessions, enhancing your skills and opportunities for success. You will also contribute positively to a supportive, team-oriented environment, aligning with Hilton Grand Vacations' values and culture.
This role requires flexibility, including working weekends and holidays, and demands strong communication and interpersonal skills. Candidates with experience in hospitality, luxury sales, or marketing are favored, though the primary criterion is a passion for creating memorable customer experiences and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven setting. As an equal opportunity employer, Hilton Grand Vacations values diversity and inclusion, providing reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities throughout the hiring process and employment. This ensures an equitable and supportive environment for all team members.
