Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2 plus years of receptionist experience within a corporate environment
  • warm, welcoming attitude
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • strong MS Office knowledge including Word, Excel, Outlook

Job Duties

  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls
  • provide information and relay messages
  • greet and direct visitors, clients and vendors following protocols
  • receive and distribute mail and packages
  • maintain visitor logs and badges
  • schedule conference rooms ensuring they are tidy and stocked
  • assist with scheduling interviews and maintaining calendars
  • submit building maintenance requests
  • perform other tasks as assigned
  • assist various departments with clerical needs as required
