Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One to two years experience in a supervisory position in a luxury spa preferred
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including holidays and weekends
  • Legal work authorization in the United States
  • Good command of the English language
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to interact professionally with guests and team members

Job Duties

  • Arrange spa appointments while greeting and accommodating guests
  • Greet, accommodate and facilitate guest arrival and departure in the spa
  • Respond to all guest interactions efficiently, courteously and professionally
  • Maintain effective communication with guests to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
  • Work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Support spa staff to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Uphold Four Seasons standards of luxury service and guest engagement
