Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous hotel experience required
- Ability to communicate in English
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to handle cash and maintain financial accuracy
- Ability to resolve guest complaints effectively

Job Duties
- Books and cancels appointments efficiently and friendly using guest names when possible
- Issues relaxation lounge keys to male guests
- Assesses guest satisfaction, collects keys, posts retail charges, and presents bills
- Maintains a balanced bank, makes change, and reconciles transactions at shift end
- Handles guest interactions professionally, accommodating special requests and resolving complaints
- Utilizes computer systems to check guests in and out, run reports, and communicate via chat
- Maintains a clean and sanitized spa reception area and provides intuitive service with warmth and friendliness
