Job Requirements

  • Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English
  • Previous experience in a luxury spa or hospitality setting preferred
  • Knowledge of spa software systems and hotel interface programs like Book4Time, Opera, and HotSOS preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Canva
  • High grooming standards and a friendly, professional demeanor
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • U.S. work authorization required

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years' experience in a similar hospitality or luxury spa role
  • Proficiency with spa software systems such as Book4Time, Opera, and HotSOS preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and Canva
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
  • High grooming standards and professional demeanor
  • Passion for the health and wellness industry
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Additional languages are a plus

Job Duties

  • Greet and provide exceptional service to spa guests
  • Welcome and consult with guests about services, amenities, and spa facilities
  • Set and coordinate appointments accurately, aligning with guest preferences
  • Assist with retail sales by providing recommendations tailored to guest needs
  • Anticipate and promptly resolve guest issues to ensure a memorable experience
  • Handle telephone and email inquiries in accordance with Four Seasons' service standards
  • Manage spa booking systems and maintain accurate reservation records
  • Maintain communication logs and update staff on booking changes
  • Assist therapists and attendants with operational needs
  • Monitor guest areas such as locker rooms, fitness, and relaxation rooms to ensure cleanliness and functionality
  • Process payments, gratuities, and service vouchers accurately
  • Prepare daily accounting reports and resolve discrepancies
  • Assist with gift certificate processing and manage cash/bank balances
  • Maintain product knowledge and assist guests with retail purchases
  • Restock, price, and display retail products
  • Participate in inventory checks and monitor packaging stock levels
  • Maintain an organized and professional reception area
  • Update forms and guest collateral as required
  • Manage supply requisitions and restocking efficiently
  • Follow Four Seasons' standards for handling emails, telephone calls, and computerized systems
  • Perform necessary mathematical calculations for transactions and accounting
  • Communicate effectively in English and collaborate with engineering, housekeeping, and security departments
  • Handle lost and found items and safety concerns promptly
  • Ensure interdepartmental coordination for smooth operations
