Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in spa, hospitality, or customer service roles
- Proficiency with Property Management Systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle cash and point-of-sale transactions
- Must meet Forbes 5-Star service standards
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Must comply with company attendance and safety policies
Job Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in person and over the telephone
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer and technology skills including Property Management Systems
- Knowledge of spa treatments and health-related contraindications
- Ability to work collaboratively with spa staff
- Prior experience in spa or customer service roles preferred
- Professional grooming and adherence to company standards
Job Duties
- Provide 5-star service to spa guests during arrival and departure
- Process point-of-sale and cash transactions accurately
- Maintain knowledge of spa treatments, policies, amenities, and resort activities
- Handle reservation booking, editing, and maximizing resource availability
- Support spa retail activities including product recommendation and sale processing
- Address guest feedback and resolve complaints with supervision
- Enforce spa policies to maintain a relaxing atmosphere
- Maintain facility cleanliness and safety including restrooms and public areas
- Replenish guest amenity items and ensure cleanliness of spa café kitchen
- Attend spa events and staff meetings as required
