Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a spa or hospitality reception role preferred
- Proficient in Property Management Systems and booking software
- Strong communication skills both in person and over the phone
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of spa treatments and contraindications
- Customer service orientation with a professional demeanor
- Basic food and beverage service knowledge
- Ability to handle cash and point-of-sale transactions accurately
Job Duties
- Provide 5-star service and maintain cleanliness standards at Forbes 5-Star level
- Use Property Management System and related systems to process transactions and book spa treatments accurately
- Ensure all reservation specifications meet Forbes 5-Star requirements
- Maximize therapist and resource availability
- Have in-depth knowledge of spa treatments, policies, amenities, food & beverage, and resort options to communicate effectively with guests
- Support all spa retail activities including recommending and educating guests on products
- Receive and address guest feedback and complaints with supervision
- Enforce spa policies to maintain a relaxing spa atmosphere
- Attend spa events and monthly staff meetings
- Maintain facility safety, cleanliness, and guest amenity standards
- Replenish guest amenity items
- Ensure full upper level cleanliness
- Clean public restrooms and maintain them
- Adhere to grooming standards
- Support spa food & beverage operations including preparation and serving
- Maintain cleanliness of Spa Cafe kitchen outside of hours
- Comply with attendance policies, safety standards, and spa SOPs to create a safe work environment
