- Experience in customer service or hospitality
- Ability to use ResortSuite software or similar
- Professional appearance and etiquette

- Availability for part-time work including weekends and varied shifts
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and uphold luxury standards

- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Proficiency with ResortSuite or similar booking software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
- Knowledge of spa services and retail products is desirable
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Basic problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- Provide outstanding service and maintain cleanliness standards at a luxury level
- Use ResortSuite software systems to process transactions, complete orders and book/edit spa treatments
- Ensure accuracy of reservations with knowledge of spa treatments, policies, amenities and hotel options
- Support spa retail sales and communicate with technicians to enhance guest treatments
- Assist guests with tours and answer queries with high standard verbiage
- Provide seamless and accurate check-out with attention to commissions, discounts and billing
- Receive guest feedback and resolve issues with supervision
- Enforce spa policies to maintain relaxing atmosphere with support
- Support cleanliness and maintenance of spa facilities and equipment
- Assist with training new Spa Receptionists
- Follow-up on staff and guest feedback
- Review daily schedule to ensure smooth spa operations
- Assist with retail restock and ordering
- Audit checklists and provide peer feedback
- Resolve guest issues independently
