Job Requirements
- Able to read, write and speak English
- Available to work any shift, holidays and weekends
- Responds to visual and aural cues
- Must have manual dexterity to operate computer, telephone, photocopy machine, fax machine and ten key
- Must be able to use and wear two-way radio with earpiece and other equipment
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Able to sit, stoop, reach and bend
- Able to lift 20 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Cash handling and P.O.S. register experience preferred
- Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills
- Must be able to initiate and engage in conversation professionally and friendly
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Willing to participate in ongoing training
- Maintain knowledge of current property events, promotions and attractions
- Must have outgoing personality and be able to generate business
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to work effectively independently and in team settings
- Must present a well-groomed appearance adhering to uniform standards
- Computer skills including operating hardware, software, and other office equipment
- Ability to appreciate and be friendly with team members from various ethnic and cultural backgrounds
- Able to accept direction from senior leadership
Job Duties
- Provides exceptional friendly and engaging guest service
- Opens and closes the facility according to specified standards
- Oversees daily appointment calendar ensuring schedule flows seamlessly
- Checks messages, returns calls and answers phones throughout shift
- Books, changes, confirms and cancels spa and salon reservations
- Communicates schedule updates to team members
- Promotes detailed descriptions of spa and salon treatments, packages and retail products
- Maintains overall appearance of spa facility, retail, gym and reception area by cleaning and restocking
- Participates in retail inventories
- Assists management with daily operations of the spa
- Demonstrates computer proficiency, excellent phone etiquette and multitasking ability
- Reports any service issues immediately
- Reports lost and stolen items immediately
- Guides guests to and from services
- Assists guests in lounge, locker, vanity, showers and wet areas
- Maintains a meticulous professional appearance
- Accurately handles cash, credit cards, room charge and comp transactions
- Performs all other job related duties as requested
- Receives, folds and restocks linen daily
- Meets attendance guidelines and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies
- Suggests players in Caesars Rewards, Caesars Rewards App, Play by CR, and Caesars Rewards Visa
- Suggests products, services and experiences to guests
- Performs other duties as assigned
