Job Requirements

  • Previous administrative or receptionist experience preferred
  • Ability to work various shifts including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency with computers and office software
  • Dependable and adaptable
  • Customer-focused attitude

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role within the hospitality or spa industry preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications including word processing and email
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
  • Customer service oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Basic knowledge of spa or wellness services is a plus

Job Duties

  • Greet and register guests entering the spa, salon, health club, or fitness center
  • Provide administrative and clerical support including word processing, typing, emailing, filing, data entry, faxing, copying, and corresponding
  • Answer telephones and process mail professionally
  • Take notes and dictation as required
  • Make travel arrangements and perform general office duties
  • Support the Spa managers to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Maintain a welcoming and organized front desk area
