Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a spa or hospitality environment preferred
- excellent communication skills
- ability to provide exceptional guest service
- ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- strong attention to detail
- ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- U.S. work authorization required
Job Qualifications
- high school education (some college preferred)
- previous experience in a spa environment
- an innate ability to communicate one-on-one with guests and provide intuitive service
- a keen eye for detail and consistency
- positive demeanor and energetic spirit
Job Duties
- maintain cleanliness and spa standards in locker rooms, fitness center, spa lobby, relaxation lounge and pool deck
- handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible
- complaint resolution and assistance with spa-related guest inquiries
- assist guests at the spa reception desk with booking treatments, paying for treatments, gift cards, and retail items
- assist guests to their spa service appointments
- respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and comfort
- work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors including assisting other staff with set-up and breakdown of their respective treatment areas when needed
- communicate clearly through written and verbal methods
