Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service preferably in hospitality or spa industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- Basic computer skills including booking and scheduling software experience

Job Duties

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Assist with customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
