Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service preferably in hospitality or spa industry
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
  • Basic computer skills including booking and scheduling software experience
