High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of customer service experience preferably in hospitality or spa industry
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multitask
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Basic computer skills including booking and scheduling software experience
Preferably sales experience
