Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous spa reception or customer service experience preferred
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- flexible availability that includes mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods
- moderate computer proficiency
- valid food handlers license preferred
- proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- successful completion of background check

Job Duties
- Schedule treatments
- guest registration
- process payments including room charges, credit cards, and cash
- manage spa reservations including deluxe packages and individual treatments
- make product and treatment recommendations to spa guests
- promote wellness and create an indigenous spa experience
- serve as the final point of contact for spa guests
