This luxury resort is known for its richly appointed property and sophisticated architectural designs inspired by the legendary Frank Lloyd Wright. The design and atmosphere reflect the romance and spirit of the American Southwest, amplified by impressive mountain views, water features, and lush botanical surroundings that create an inviting and serene environment for guests. The resort offers captivating amenities and six elevated dining experiences led by the renowned celebrity chef Richard Blais, making it a premier destination for travelers seeking a blend of comfort, culture, and culinary excellence.

At Hyatt, the foundation of their success is the culture of care and belonging, emphasizing that their colleagues are like family. Since 1957, Hyatt has upheld people at the core of their business, transforming trips into memorable journeys and jobs into rewarding careers. As part of this dynamic hospitality brand, employees are encouraged to engage deeply with guests and create authentic experiences that resonate with the essence of the region. The hotel continues to thrive as one of the world’s best and fastest-growing brands, thanks in large part to its commitment to employee well-being and development.

The Spa Reception Agent at Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort plays a critical role in fostering a calm and relaxing atmosphere for guests seeking wellness services. This part-time or full-time position starts at $16.00 per hour and centers on scheduling treatments, registering guests, and processing various payment methods including room charges, credit cards, and cash. They are responsible for promoting the spa’s wellness offerings by making personalized product and treatment recommendations to guests, ultimately enhancing the overall guest experience. Experience in spa reception within a resort or hotel setting is highly preferred as it equips candidates with the knowledge and skills to manage high guest volumes efficiently and maintain a soothing environment that aligns with the resort’s luxury standards.
