Key responsibilities include managing memberships, enrolling guests in programs, assisting with spa and personal training reservations, handling payments accurately, and maintaining inventory and maintenance checklists. The role demands an energetic, enthusiastic approach combined with a strong work ethic and teamwork mentality. Candidates must be proficient in computer skills and office equipment and able to perform various physical tasks such as lifting, standing for long periods, and using hands and arms effectively.

Arch Amenities Group values diversity and equal opportunity in the workplace, actively providing reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities throughout the employment process. The company offers a competitive hourly wage starting at $22, reflecting the commitment to fair compensation practices aligned with federal and state pay transparency regulations.
