Job Requirements
- Associate or bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business, wellness, or related field preferred
- 3-5 years of spa or wellness operations experience required
- prior supervisory or assistant management experience strongly preferred
- strong understanding of spa service standards, scheduling practices, and guest service recovery
- experience supporting labor management, retail operations, and inventory controls
- proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook) and spa management systems
- excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

Job Duties
- Oversee daily spa operations including treatment scheduling, front desk flow, therapist coverage, and facility readiness
- Lead, coach, and support spa team members including therapists, attendants, front desk agents, and leads
- Ensure service standards and brand expectations are consistently met through observation, feedback, and coaching
- Assist with scheduling, timekeeping, payroll review, and labor productivity in alignment with business levels
- Address guest inquiries, feedback, and service recovery opportunities with professionalism and care
- Support retail boutique operations including product presentation, sales coaching, and inventory management
- Monitor treatment quality, room readiness, and turn times to optimize guest satisfaction and utilization
- Assist with onboarding, training, and certification tracking for spa team members
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and licensing requirements
- Partner with Engineering and Housekeeping to maintain facility standards and address maintenance needs
- Support special events, group bookings, seasonal programming, and promotional initiatives as assigned
- Track daily metrics and assist in compiling reports related to utilization, guest feedback, and operational performance
