Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Ensures the Arch Amenities Group Experience for members and guests by maintaining standards set in Basics to Excellence (BTE), Arch Amenities Group Mission Statement/Values
- adheres to policies of the facility and Arch Amenities Group
- reports any incident or accident to the Facility Manager
- submits all paperwork and financial reporting in accordance with policy
- develops and maintains accurate department maintenance procedures and checklists
- maintains a monthly inventory of supplies and/or products
- becomes knowledgeable about the facility and its amenities to communicate effectively
- participates in the Manager on Duty (MOD) schedule if applicable
- helps ensure facility access is secure and only accessed by members or guests
- greets each guest with a smile and direct eye contact
- offers additional assistance such as making reservations and finding information
- uses time efficiently by checking equipment and inventory
- keeps area clear of clutter and personal effects
- informs co-workers of pertinent information at the end of the shift
- informs facility manager of any issues
- enrolls members and guests in programs and makes reservations
- receives payments and reconciles daily sales
- assists staff with lifting and storing equipment and preparing for events
- performs additional duties as assigned
