Job Duties
- Greet all guests warmly and professionally
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries about spa services and products
- Schedule and book appointments accurately using the computer system
- Check guests into the system and process payments for services
- Assist with transitional cleaning of the spa and relaxation areas as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction
