Job Duties
- Greet all guests warmly and professionally
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries regarding spa services and products
- Schedule and book appointments efficiently using the computer system
- Check guests into the computer system and process payments for spa services
- Assist with transitional cleaning and maintenance of spa and relaxation areas
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Provide friendly and outgoing customer service to enhance guest experience
