Job Duties
- Ensure maintenance of highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness in spa areas
- Monitor spa facilities and guest activities
- Offer assistance and support to guests and visitors
- Collaborate with internal teams from various departments
- Observe activity within assigned spa zones
- Uphold positive and friendly guest relations
- Report to Spa Supervisor and Spa Management
