The role of Spa Director at Heritage Hotels & Resorts is pivotal in enhancing the hotel’s luxury wellness offerings. This position goes beyond managing treatments and amenities; it is about crafting transformative wellness experiences that resonate with guests long after their visit. The Spa Director will lead all aspects of spa and wellness operations, ensuring that every guest receives an unparalleled level of luxury service in a serene and culturally rich environment inspired by New Mexico's unique heritage.
As the Spa Director, you will be charged with developing and executing strategic plans that drive revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction. You will oversee key operational elements such as scheduling, labor management, payroll controls, inventory, and budgeting to ensure smooth day-to-day functions. Compliance with state licensing requirements, sanitation standards, safety regulations, and company policies is paramount. Job Requirements
- Strong leadership presence with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Extensive knowledge of luxury spa operations, wellness programming, guest service, and retail management
- Strong understanding of luxury hospitality standards and personalized guest experiences
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Previous experience managing within a luxury hotel or resort spa environment strongly preferred
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and retail operations required
- CPR and First Aid certifications preferred
