The role occasionally involves light physical tasks such as standing for long periods, bending, and lifting towels or supplies, emphasizing the importance of maintaining an inviting and hygienic atmosphere. The candidate should be competent in basic computer skills, cash management, and reservation software to ensure smooth operations.

SHG values interpersonal skills highly; therefore, candidates must demonstrate strong communication, organizational abilities, and problem-solving skills, combined with the ability to maintain client confidentiality. Flexibility is also critical, with shifts occasionally covering weekends and holidays. Preferred qualifications include CPR/First Aid certification, spa or hospitality experience, and a foundational knowledge of spa treatments and wellness practices.
