- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work weekends and some holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and environments
- Willingness to comply with company policies and procedures
- Previous experience in customer service or spa environment preferred
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with professionalism
- Ability to navigate change management effectively
- Comfort with guest interaction in a spa or hospitality setting
- Leadership experience in a similar or front-office role
- Aptitude for driving sales goals and initiatives
- Proficient in English language including reading, writing, and verbal communication
- Computer proficiency
- Previous customer service and telephone reservation experience
- Basic accounting skills for daily closing procedures
Job Duties
- Welcome guests warmly and ensure they feel comfortable and relaxed
- Prepare beverages for guests before, during, and after services
- Manage guest flow through the spa to maintain schedule and comfort
- Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, provide service recommendations, and process payments
- Collaborate closely with spa therapists to support guest treatment schedules and promote retail product sales
- Educate guests on the Woodhouse spa experience, amenities, and services
- Maintain detailed knowledge of guests preferences to enhance personalized service experience
