Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent GED or two to three years related experience and or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Prior experience in spa reservations and hospitality is preferred
- A minimum of one year of customer service experience is required
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Enjoy interacting with people and multi-tasking at a fast pace while ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Must be able to read write and speak English
- Must have strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Act as an ambassador of Hotel Polaris and the Spa by warmly greeting and welcoming guests ensuring they feel valued and appreciated
- Schedule appointments with accuracy and handle guest questions and concerns in person via phone and email with professionalism and courtesy
- Manage the flow of communication via phone email and face-to-face ensuring all inquiries are responded to in a timely manner
- Provide guests with a tour of our facilities including assistance with lockers spa robes and slippers and offering them beverages
- Ensure the spa is neat prepared and fully operational for the day
- Stock supplies for guest use as well as retail and professional use
- Educate guests about our spa services and retail products assisting them in making informed choices
