Job Duties
- Answer phones
- welcome each guest with a smile
- confirm daily appointments
- schedule appointments using MEEVO software
- prepare and finalize sales tickets
- educate guests on spa services and retail products
- coordinate spa schedule and guest flow
- recommend gift cards and retail products to boost sales
- ensure consistent positive guest experience
- support the Spa Director and spa team
- maintain organization and tidiness
- adhere to handbook policies
