Woodhouse Spa - Baybrook is a distinguished spa and hospitality establishment, known for delivering exceptional guest experiences within a serene, luxurious environment. We are currently seeking both full-time and part-time Spa Concierge team members for immediate hire. This role is ideal for candidates who are friendly, engaging, and professional, capable of delivering a warm welcome and maintaining a consistent, positive guest experience. The Spa Concierge position involves high levels of guest interaction including answering calls, scheduling appointments via MEEVO software, and educating clients about services and products. Employees will support the spa team and leadership, ensure operational fluidity by coordinating guest flow, and contribute to sales through gift card and retail recommendations. Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task are imperative for success in this role. Job Duties

  • Answer phones
  • welcome each guest with a smile
  • confirm daily appointments
  • schedule appointments using MEEVO software
  • prepare and finalize sales tickets
  • educate guests on spa services and retail products
  • coordinate spa schedule and guest flow
  • recommend gift cards and retail products to boost sales
  • ensure consistent positive guest experience
  • support the Spa Director and spa team
  • maintain organization and tidiness
  • adhere to handbook policies
