Job Requirements

Highly knowledgeable about the surrounding area and lives within 20 minutes or less from location
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and warm demeanor
Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to multitask
Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and late nights
Ability to work on feet for 6-8 hours
Must be able to lift/push/reach for/carry 25+ pounds occasionally
High school diploma or equivalent experience

Job Duties

Provides personal attention from the time the guest walks through the door
Educates the guest on the Woodhouse experience including a warm welcome, introduction to locker room and amenities, and helping them have a seamless experience
Answers the phone with a smile each and every time
Acts as the brand ambassador ensuring the spa environment is clean, safe, with appropriate lighting, music and scent
Remembers guest preferences and personal details such as favorite drink, birthdays, and anniversaries
Serves as backup for leadership team to ensure smooth daily operations
