Job Duties
- Provide personal attention from the time the guest walks through the door
- educate guests on the Woodhouse experience including warm welcome and introduction to locker room and amenities
- answer the phone with a smile each and every time
- act as the brand ambassador ensuring the spa environment is clean, safe, and optimally set with lighting, music, and scent
- remember small personalized details such as guests favorite drink, warm inviting neck wraps, birthdays and anniversaries
- serve as backup for the leadership team and ensure smooth operations when leaders are occupied
