Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Basic knowledge of spa reservation software
- Ability to handle cash and process payments accurately
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work full time
- Ability to stand or sit for long periods
- Ability to lift or move objects up to 10 pounds without assistance
- Commitment to guest satisfaction and company policies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Less than 1-year related work experience preferred
- No supervisory experience required
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in reservation software
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional and clean appearance
Job Duties
- Schedule spa services for individuals and large groups using reservations software
- Call guests to confirm scheduled services
- Answer questions about available services
- Update reservations and cancellations list throughout the day
- Inform providers of last-minute changes and resolve scheduling issues
- Check in guests for appointments and provide spa orientation
- Promote and sell spa services
- Manage assigned cash bank ensuring accuracy and security
- Process guest payments and obtain payment authorization
- Accept and log cash tips for employees
- Balance, scan, and drop receipts with Accounting
- Notify Engineering of maintenance and repair needs
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to manager
- Follow all company policies and maintain professional appearance
- Welcome and acknowledge guests, anticipate and address service needs
- Assist individuals with disabilities
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Develop positive working relationships
- Comply with quality assurance standards
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Move objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance
- Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors
