Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Previous experience in spa, salon, or hospitality environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Capacity to stand for long periods
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Previous spa, salon, or hospitality experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Experience with SpaSoft or similar scheduling software
- Strong professional presentation and technical ability
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a goal-oriented environment
Job Duties
- Manage guest appointments and ensure timely and accurate communication with guests
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure that the spa is clean and well-organized at all times
- Train and supervise spa staff as needed
- Answer phones, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve customer issues as needed
- Process guest payments and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate
- Prepare reports and manage scheduling software
- Coordinate and schedule all spa-related activities consistent with spa policies and objectives
- Host staff meetings to keep employees informed of hotel policies and updates
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure a cohesive hotel/spa environment
