The Spa Concierge role at Four Seasons Resort in Colorado is a vital position responsible for managing the reception desk of the Spa and ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for every guest. The Spa Concierge acts as the first point of contact, greeting guests with warmth and professionalism while handling appointment scheduling, check-ins, and check-outs effectively. The Spa Concierge engages directly with guests to meet their needs and special requests, often providing personalized recommendations for treatments and retail products to enhance their spa experience. Utilizing the Point of Sales System is a key aspect of the role, enabling accurate transaction processing. Additionally, the Concierge may support Spa Attendants and assist with various duties as needed, contributing to the smooth operation and overall guest satisfaction of the spa.
Ideal candidates for this role bring a passion for wellness and holistic health modalities, combined with strong customer service skills developed through prior experience in luxury spa or guest service roles. Job Requirements
- Minimum 1+ years in guest/customer service role
- Luxury spa experience preferred
- Passion for spa, wellness, and holistic modalities
- Strong guest service experience
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and maintain organization
- Knowledge of operating computer equipment and Microsoft applications
- Fluency in English

Job Duties
- Manage the spa reception desk by greeting guests, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, managing the spa appointment schedule and checking out guests when they depart
- Respond to all guest needs and special requests either in person or via phone and add personal recommendations where appropriate
- Utilize Point of Sales System to accurately charge guests for services and items
- Recommend retail products to guests
- Assist Spa Attendants with other duties as needed
