The Woodhouse Day Spa is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Spa Concierge to join its team. As a Spa Concierge, the primary responsibility is to ensure every guest experience is seamless, welcoming, and memorable. From greeting guests warmly upon arrival to educating them about the full range of spa services and amenities, the Concierge plays a crucial role in upholding The Woodhouse brand and enhancing the overall spa experience.

The position involves being a brand ambassador by maintaining a clean, comfortable, and inviting atmosphere through thoughtful attention to lighting, music, and scent. The ideal candidate will remember the little details that make a significant impact, such as guests’ names, favorite drinks, and special occasions like birthdays and anniversaries. Additionally, the Concierge will support the leadership team by stepping in for essential tasks when needed to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Job Duties

  • Provides personal attention from the time the guest walks through the door
  • Educates the guest on the Woodhouse experience including a warm welcome, introduction to locker room and amenities, and helping to have a seamless experience
  • Answers the phone with a smile each and every time
  • Acts as the brand ambassador ensuring the guest enters a clean, welcoming environment with appropriate lighting, music, and scent
  • Remembers small details such as the guest’s name, favorite drink, birthdays and anniversaries
  • Serves as back up for the leadership team to ensure smooth operations
