We are currently seeking a Full-Time Spa Concierge to join our team. This role is pivotal to delivering the exceptional guest experience that defines The Woodhouse Day Spas. As a Spa Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for guests, embodying the spirit of hospitality from the moment they walk through the door until they depart feeling completely renewed. Your responsibilities will include warmly welcoming and educating guests about the spa’s offerings and amenities, answering phone inquiries with enthusiasm, and maintaining a tranquil and inviting environment characterized by perfect lighting, soothing music, and signature scents. You will also play a vital role in personalizing guest experiences by remembering individual preferences such as favorite drinks, special dates, and comfort rituals. Beyond guest services, the Spa Concierge acts as a support to the leadership team, ensuring operational smoothness and assisting in maintaining the spa’s high standards of safety and cleanliness.

- Prior experience in customer service or related field

Job Duties
- Provide personal attention to guests from their arrival through their entire spa experience
- Educate guests on the Woodhouse experience, including amenities and locker room introduction
- Answer phone calls warmly and efficiently
- Ensure the spa environment is clean, safe, and inviting with appropriate lighting, music, and scent
- Remember guest preferences such as favorite drinks, neck wraps, birthdays, and anniversaries
- Support the leadership team by ensuring smooth daily operations
- Maintain high standards of guest service and satisfaction
