- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide tours of the spa facility
- Restock all spa amenities including towels, robes, slippers, and locker room essentials
- Manage laundering of used towels, robes, and linens including washing, drying, folding, and restocking
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including vacuuming and dusting to maintain cleanliness of the spa
- Coordinate effectively with spa team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Work independently, take initiative to complete tasks and manage time effectively
- Be comfortable lifting heavy loads and standing for long periods during shifts
