Job Duties

Provide customers with exceptional customer service and quality care for their vehicle facilitating a life-long bond
implement and reinforce operational excellence
comply with STC Management, LLC standards of conduct and grooming/personal hygiene standards
acknowledge customer within 10 seconds
execute 5-foot rule
answer telephone within 3 rings and follow telephone standards
execute no handles policy
greet customers using escort and lounge orientation procedure
maintain a clean interior/exterior of facility, grounds around facility, and all tools and equipment
perform cashier duties including performing simple math calculations, completing computer-based training and proficiency exams, operate point-of-sale system
perform courtesy technician duties including assisting with tire rotation, vacuuming interior floors, cleaning exterior windows
perform upper bay technician duties including inspecting key components, inflating tires, checking and filling various fluids, overseeing vehicle flow to increase efficiency, assisting other technicians and customer service advisor
perform lower bay technician duties including draining oil, replacing oil filter, checking and filling gearboxes, lubricating chassis, performing ancillary lower bay services
