  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen safety standards
  • Ability to supervise and motivate kitchen staff
  • Experience in monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and minimizing waste
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
