Job Description
Dig Food Group is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to join their team. With a focus on sourcing, cooking, and serving delicious food daily, Dig Food Group has over 30 fast-casual Dig restaurants, a full-service restaurant, 232 Bleecker, and partnerships with 130 farms including Dig Acres. They emphasize building direct relationships with farmers, prioritizing independent, first-timers, women, immigrants, LGBTQ, and people of color. Each restaurant operates with a culinary team on-site, cooking fresh ingredients without the use of microwaves, can openers, or freezers.
