Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous culinary experience in fine dining or high-volume kitchens
- demonstrated leadership in a culinary setting
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- strong communication skills
- physical capability to perform kitchen tasks and stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Support the Executive Sous Chefs and department leaders by rotating through various kitchens and outlets
- ensure consistent quality and presentation of all menu items
- train, mentor, and develop culinary staff across multiple stations
- maintain a safe, sanitary, and efficient kitchen environment
- collaborate with the culinary leadership team to create seasonal and innovative menus
- uphold the high standards of excellence expected at Chevy Chase Club
