The Sous Chef will report to the Chef De Cuisine, demonstrating leadership and organizational skills, and stepping in as the Primary Manager in the kitchen when needed. The role involves collaborating with the culinary team to develop menus, ensuring adherence to all kitchen policies and procedures, and maintaining high food quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
